The State Securities Commission has given nod to Vinaconex’s request to lock its ceiling foreign ownership ratio at zero per cent, saying it complies with the existing regulations.
The State Securities Commission (SSC) has endorsed the ceiling foreign ownership at the Viet Nam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) at 20 per cent as approved by the Prime Minister on the share issue to foreign strategic investors last year.
